Batches privacy policy

Effective November 3, 2026

Batches lets you put your photos into batches and share them with people you choose. This page says what the app collects, why, where it's kept, and how to delete it.

What Batches collects

Batches doesn't collect your location, contacts, or anything about other apps. There are no ads, no tracking, and no analytics.

What it doesn't collect

Your original photos and RAW files stay on your phone. Batches reads your photo library only for the photos you pick.

How it's used

Only to run the app: to sign you in, show your batches to the people you've shared them with, and review reports. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

Where it's kept

Accounts and shared copies are stored with Supabase, in the United States, and sent over encrypted connections. The people you share a batch with can see its photos and captions. Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider.

Deleting your data

In the app, open your account and tap Delete account. That removes your profile, every batch you made, the photos you added to friends' batches, their shared copies, and your follows, shares and blocks, straight away. Backups are overwritten within 7 days. Photos on your phone aren't touched.

Children

Batches isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions, or a request about your data: kegeorge246@gmail.com.
